Return Policy:

What items are returnable?

• You can return your full priced items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.
• Items purchased during store-wide sales are not eligible for full refunds, only store credit or exchange within the 14 day period after purchase.
• They must be in original condition.
• Unworn with clean tread- do not wear outside when trying shoes on for size.
• In the original packaging.
• Items that are on sale are not returnable. 
• Items marked as FINAL SALE are not returnable & not eligible for exchange.
• All jewelry is final sale and not eligible for returns. 

Are there any charges for return?

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping. Email us for a USPS shipping label if you need assistance. 

How soon will I get my refund? Once your return is received and inspected, a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
